Direction Needed
Everybody likes a man with plan.
This goes all the way back to the beginnings of humanity.
The guy in charge of a group of humans who had a very clear idea of where they were going would be a much more appreciated leader.
A much more voluntarily followed leader.
The harsh truth about us humans is very few of us can think independently.
This is absolutely NOT a bad thing.
This helped us to survive for tens of thousands of years when just getting something to eat could get you killed.
One leader, many followers was the way to go.
My friend has a very, very unique skill.
He can make tough decisions, when others around him are hemming and hawing.
He is, by trade, an electrical engineer.
He builds and maintains these massively complex robotic systems for large manufacturing companies.
This, by itself, gets him paid.
A lot.
Let’s Do This
But his REAL skill is being the guy in meetings who can decide what to do.
Even better is that isn’t his job.
And from his perspective, he doesn’t really WANT to be a leader.
He loves building things.
He’s from Cambodia, and when he came to the U.S. after a long and treacherous escape from the Khmer Rouge, what did he do?
His hobby was taking apart computers and putting them back together.
Of figuring out ways, way back in the day, to network computers together.
This is his, as they say, passion.
The thing he loves doing the most.
And when he’s in a meeting with other non-tech, executive types, he hates it.
Because none of those dudes can decide.
They all want to protect their position.
I Can Be Safe!
If you went into a job interview and said your main skill was protecting your position, nobody would hire you.
But if you can make decisions, when others can’t?
You can write your own ticket.
Most people have a “wishing” frame.
This comes across as how they communicate.
About the world, what they “hope” to achieve, etc.
So if you can build an “intention” frame, you will dominate.

Ladies LOVE a man with a plan.
Not a lot of people are fond of a man with a wish.
How do you BECOME a man with a plan?
First, build a dream.
An ideal, best case life a year or two from now.
One not given to you by magic.
But one created by you.
Describe this to others and let your natural enthusiasm and ambition seep through your words.
So everybody can FEEL that you are a man with a plan.
This is ONE trait very few men have.
This is ONE trait that the ladies are desperate for.
