Most guys have heard of the three second rule. You see a girl, she flashes you some signs of interest, and you’ve got three seconds to get over there.
The reasoning is usually because if you don’t make a move within three seconds, she’ll lose interest.
I say that’s nonsense.
If she’s attracted, that feeling is not going to vanish within three seconds. In fact, if you noticed her, didn’t make a move, and then saw her a couple days later, you’d still have a chance.
Most girls, unless they are super hot, super confident, and have their phones constantly blown up by loads of guys desperate for their attention, love being approached. Three seconds or three days later.
So why is the three second rule so important?
Because that’s about the lag between the subconscious mind and the conscious mind.
Your subconscious is what drives feelings of attraction.
Your conscious is what makes you think of all those (likely false) scenarios of getting rejected.
The trick is to make a move, based on your subconscious desire, before you conscious minds starts coming up with reasons to get worried.
That’s about three seconds.
The good news is that you don’t even need to actually go over and talk to her.
Take action, action, other than standing there and worrying about what might happen.
The easiest thing, if you’re just getting started with all this, is to make a move in her direction.
Just walk over toward her, and do something. Anything.
So long as you don’t stay planted like a tree, you’ll be fine.
Pretty soon you will have trained your mind-body system that signs of attraction from females are signals to take action and do something.
And as I’m sure you’re aware, women love men of action.
