I was having drinks with a friend of mine the other night. She was telling me about her guy troubles.
Turns out, girls complain about guys just about as much as guys complain about girls.
Her biggest complaint?
(her words, not mine)
“Guys are cowards.”
Turns out there’s this guy she’s interested in. She likes him, he likes her. (Trust me, girls know when you like them.)
Only problem is, he never made a move. She told me, that for most girls, even if she likes a guy at the beginning, her attraction to you will diminish if you don’t make a move.
See, most guys are terrified that if they make a move, they’ll blow it.
But in reality, if you DON’T make a move, you’ll blow it.
This is hard to imagine for most guys. We are attracted to looks, mostly.
Meaning if we’re attracted to her now, we’ll still be attracted to her in a year or so, even if she’s gained a little weight.
Girls, on the other hand, are attracted to behavior. Which means if our behavior changes, so will her level of attraction.
Guys mess this up ALL THE TIME.
Like, for example, you may feel confident talking to her in the bar, which will lead her to imagine you making a move on her on her couch sometime in the near future.
So when you DON’T make a move on her, on the couch, sometime in the near future, she’ll be let down. And her opinion and perception of you will change.
To get an idea of how this happens, in her mind, imagine a super hot girl that you meet. You get her number, and start dating her.
But then within just a few short weeks, she gains about 300 pounds.
You’d bounce like a ping pong ball in a hurricane.
Well guess what? When you DON’T make a move, a REAL move, within a certain amount of time? She’ll start feeling the same way about you, as you feel about that quickly swelling honey bunny.

The great news is your behavior is easy to change. If you mess up with the girl you’re currently aiming for, there’s plenty more.
