Grow Up
One of the most important transitions happened naturally in the past, but rarely today.
This was the transition from children to adults.
Way back in hunter gathers.
And in early farming communities.
The basic structure can be seen as an energetic structure.
Very young kids can’t be expected to be productive.
They aren’t strong enough.
They aren’t smart enough.
So they are consumers, rather than producers.
But they can’t stay like that forever.
Imagine the kinds of people today, back then.
You and your spouse had one kid.
But that kid NEVER was very productive.
You and your spouse did all the work on the farm.
And your twenty-year-old kid only expected to consume.
This would not likely be possible.
So in hunter gatherer societies and on farms kids were encouraged to be productive as early as possible.
All For One
This would be helped along by social proof.
All the other kids who were in their early teens would ALL be helping out.
So the transition from being a child to being an adult happened pretty much automatically and organically.
Until pretty recently, in human history.
The transition happens also from an internal level.
From a “getting your needs met” strategy.
What do little kids do?
They say “I WANT” over and over until somebody gives it to them.
But beyond the transition, they realize that everything costs something.
Once they realize that EVERYTHING takes a lot of work, just demanding they be given stuff is no longer an effective strategy.
But today, most everything is created with massive amounts of energy and debt.
Two things that didn’t really exist before.
So a lot of people can believe that stuff really IS free.
This is one major “symptom” of our modern trainwreck society.
Everybody expects everybody else to do all the work.
Everybody expects everybody else to fix the problems.
Very few people are willing to take responsibility.
So it’s EASY to stay in this trap.
Break Out
Where both social proof and authority VERIFY that everything is everybody else’s responsibility.
This is not attractive.
This doesn’t lead to anything other than average.
What does?
Waking up the adult part of your brain.
The part that realizes EVERYTHING costs something.
This is when you not merely exist in the world.
But OPERATE within the world.
To be an adult killer.
A slayer of obstacles.
A creator, a producer, rather than a helpless consumer dependent on others.
Everything you want in life CAN be created.
But only from this mindset.
