Good vs. Bad
Imagine two different scenarios.
A good one and a bad one.
First the good one.
You are going to a party.
At the place of a friend of friend.
You are supposed to meet him there.
But right when you get off the elevator to find the right apartment he texts you and says he’s going to be an hour late.
But he assures you the people are friendly, and all you need to do is mention you are friends with him and you’ll be good.
So you still feel pretty good.
Your wandering down the hall, and the numbers on the doors don’t make much sense.
And you see two super gorgeous ladies walking in your direction.
You ask where room XXX is, and this turns into a very, very flirty conversation.
Gaze of Love
A lot of strong sexual eye contact.
A few glances from them down at your crotches.
If you a few “accidental” brushes against your arms with their boobies, coupled with strong eye contact.
One girl reaches into your pocket, pulls out your phone and adds her number.
And while she puts the phone back into your pocket, her hand lingers, if you catch my drift.
Then as they go on their way, and you go on your way, the phone girl glances and says, “call me” in the most seductive voice you’ve eve heard.
Now the money question:
How do you enjoy the party with that happening right before you walk in?
Now for the bad imagination.
Same situation, only when you ask how to get to the room, the girls recoil in horror.
How Dare You!
As if talking to gorgeous girls is only something obviously high quality men can do you.
You can imagine they look you up and down and say:
“eww…”
Now how do you feel walking into the party?
What happens to us in the past absolutely alters how we perceive our future.
Most people never think about stuff like this.
Most people bounce around hoping for the best.
Good things happen and we may have a winning street.
Bad things happen and we may have a losing streak.
But your memory of what happened is much, much more under your control than most people think.
The more you practice rewriting your memories, or purposely leveraging good memories, the better your future will be.
Memory Chaser
And it’s pretty easy to turn your life around, no matter how it is now, to one long continuous winning streak.
