How well you speak is based on how well you think.

We tend to think we simply “are” a certain way.

Maybe doing ten pushups every morning.

Then up it to twenty, etc.
So long as you forget about results, it will soon become habit.
And you’ll comfortably ease yourself in a lifestyle of health and fitness.
Which means your health will steadily get better.
Not “just” until you get what you want.
But simply better and better.
You can speak thinking and speaking the same way.
Slow, simple, easy drills every day.
That will only take a minute or two.
All by yourself, no pushing out of your comfort zone.
When you steadily increase speaking and thinking, you’ll get better and better.
You’ll speak more and more elegantly.
You’ll understand others more deeply.
You’ll speak more persuasively and seductively.
You’ll understand what’s not being said more and more.
You’ll be able to use much more targeted metaphors.
Metaphors that move minds and hearts and souls.
Once you become a mover of minds, a whole new world will open up.
Instead of wandering the Earth hoping for good things to happen, you will be the one creating good things.
You’ll see a sea of humanity and wonder whose mind and decisions and behaviors you’d like to influence that particular day.
In ways they won’t be able to predict, but will enjoy nonetheless.
