One of the most powerful ways to overcome any objections or tests is to simply accept them.
Not to get too “law of attraction” on you, but the that old metaphysical saying is pretty true:
That Which We Resist, Persists
Let’s say you’re selling cars. Your customer comes up with an objection. If you pretended they didn’t say it, or tried to discount it as not important, it’s not going to go away. It will likely get bigger.
On the other hand, if you embrace their objection, listen carefully, repeat it back to them so you understand it, and take some time to really consider it, often times it will vanish on its own.
You’re showing your customers that you truly understand their needs, and you’re not trying to pull a fast one or anything.
But we’re interested in getting girls, not selling cars, right?
Basically, this works the same way, only on a slightly more covert level. You can’t really use the car salesman close (If I could prove to you that I’m an alpha male, could I earn your sex tonight?).
However, you can accept any objections or tests she throws at you. Just simply agree with them, pace them, and keep on talking.
Better yet, USE THEM in your game. Remember, every time she throws out an objection, conscious or not, she’s trying to steal your frame. So long as you hold your frame, and continue gaming her, you’ll more often than not come out ahead.
“I don’t give out my number to strangers.”
“Oh, I totally agree! I don’t either, you never know what people’s true colors are. Anyway…”
“I’m not looking for a relationship.”
“I totally get it. I’ve been burned before, and I’m still reeling from my last one. Sometimes I think staying single forever is the best choice. Anyhow…”
“I’m just out with my friends, I’m not really looking to hook up or anything.”
“I know, I know, me neither. It seems everybody thinks the world is one huge meet market. I prefer a night out with my boys to pretty much anything else. So, tell me…”
To prepare yourself for pretty much anything that comes up, you’ll need to uncover the amazing language patterns of sales objections.
These will get you further than you’d ever thought possible.
