Making money as an entrepreneur is pretty simple.
Difficult, but simple.
Simple like losing weight is simple.
Eat less, exercise more.
But doing that is difficult.
Unless you have a genuine reason WHY you want to lose weight, it’s nearly impossible.
Which is why it’s normal and rational to gain weight once you have “everything” kind of set up.
Good job, decent spouse etc.
It’s not an irrational thing to drift into a larger and large waist.
Making money is kind of the same.
Easy and simple in principle.
Difficult in practice.
The principle is pretty basic.
Find something people want but aren’t getting.
Figure out a way to provide that to them for a cost they’ll pay.
Scale that up as much as possible, and you’ll be rich.
This has been going on since the dawn of time.
The sheer simplicity of products that made people rich is staggering.
Figuring this out is the hard part.
Trying things over and over until you hit paydirt.
Kind of like panning for gold.
Dirt and water over and over.
But once you find some gold, there’s a high probability there’s much more to be found.
Especially if you find it not floating down a river but in the dirt.
A “vein” of thick gold.
This same kind of thing exists socially as well.
All entrepreneurs are competing against other entrepreneurs.
Which means you need to act very, very quickly if you are going to capitalize any profitable idea.
As soon as you start selling something, EVERYBODY is going to be competing to make better and cheaper copies.
But socially, this doesn’t happen.
People see you acting socially.
They see all the happy faces smiling at you.
But HOW you are doing that is very difficult to figure out just by looking.
Copying somebody’s product or service is easy.
Copying somebody’s interpersonal skills is not.
Luckily, there is something EVERYBODY is starved for today that they are not getting.
Firstly, most people very much want to be told what to do.
Most people DON’T think like entrepreneurs.
This is not bad, this is simple human nature.
Most people would love a high paying job where they show up and are told what to do.
Your Social Secret
This is an ancient instinct.
But it’s based on a non-zero sum game.
Where the people doing the telling and the people doing the obeying WANT the same thing.
Today, that’s very rare.
Which means this is something everybody is desperate for today.
For somebody like you to come along.
And truly understand there needs and desires.
And then look for any overlapping needs and desires.
Yours and theirs.
And then simply give them what they crave.
