We’re All Felons
A sociologist did an interesting study and found some troubling results.
Each normal citizen, that wouldn’t consider themselves a criminal nor would be considered a criminal by their friends and colleagues, commits, on average, three felonies a day.
This is a function of how many laws are created and are on the books.
Light Refraction
If you put a pencil in a glass or water, it will look like the pencil is bending.
Of course, the pencil isn’t bending, but the light that hits the pencil outside the water is hitting our eyes differently than the light that is hitting the pencil inside the water.
Light refracts differently and travels differently through different media.
Empathy Instinct
Mirror neurons are believed to have evolved to enhance tribal cohesion.
Meaning if we saw somebody in trouble, part of us, on a subconscious level, would actually feel the same stress, pain or anxiety of fear, that they were feeling.
This would increase the likelihood of us helping them.
But like many other instincts, what helped us in the past may destroy is the modern world.
Raise Your Vibrations
There is a common idea that if you raise your vibrations, you’ll attract better things.
This is a very vague metaphor.
When most try and raise their vibrations, it’s more like a temporary imagination than anything lasting.
Difficult In Practice
But it is possible to literally raise your vibrations.
To take the entirety of your physical self and enhance the quantum vibrational state of ever single particle in your make up.
This takes a lot more effort than wishful thinking.
Pure Meditation
You have to first train yourself to clear your mind of all thought, and keep it in this state for at least an hour.
Then within this empty mind state, you must purposely focus in a thought representing an increase in vibration.
You must do this every day for at least six months.
Very few, if any, are capable of doing this.
Extreme Benefits
But if you can manage to raise your vibrations, the results will much more profound that most believe is possible with any imaginary law of attraction nonsense.
You will maintain your physical body, you will essentially transcend the laws of the physical plane.
You won’t be constrained by the laws of gravity.
You won’t be constrained by conventional travel.
You won’t be constrained by time or entropy
You will be impervious to cold, to heat, to pressure.
Mental Lock Box
The thinking is that when we were spiritual beings, we placed this dual plane potential behind six months of thought free meditation.
Something we knew from the spiritual side would be very, very difficult.
We knew that once we became physical beings, we would be very tempted by short term pleasure, since time is a very troubling thing from the physical side.
But this does exist, and there are no shortcuts.
Brain Refraction
Just as like refracts and travels differently based on the medium, we think and believe differently based on our social reference group.
In one group of people, we may think and believe one thing.
And in another group of people, we may think and believe something else.
Plenty of academic level experiments demonstrate the our own thoughts are not nearly under our control as much as we’d like to think.
Distortion Of Understanding
When we see somebody on the news that is suffering in any way, it fires our mirror neurons.
This leads us to think of society in an emotional and unrealistic way.
Like the boy who was happy.
He liked his friends, he liked his school, he liked his family.
TV Ruins Everything
But then he got a TV, and realized how poor he was.
Then no longer liked his friends, his school and his family.
In the Soviet Union, the KGB would go out, and grab random people off the street, and torture them until they gave up names.
Then they would kill them, and then go and get the people they’d named.
So long as they kept getting a steady supply of people who confessed to being traitors they would rise the ranks of the KGB.
Modern KGB
Today, the police can essentially do the same thing.
Grab anybody at random off the street, and find out what felonies they’ve committed in the last week or so.
So long as the police get plenty of arrests that end up in felony convictions, they will continue to get raises and promotions.
The idea of a country based on laws sounds good in theory.
But too many laws will soon emulate a country with no laws.
