My friend has this huge tree in his backyard he’s been wanting to chop down for a long time.
I was supposed to go and help him, but when I showed up he’d changed his mind.
He’d hired some pros to do the job, so we’d just hang out, get hammered in his back yard, while these guys chopped down the tree and removed all the roots.
Dragons Everywhere
One common mythological archetype is the dragon, which is in pretty much all cultures.
This could be because the dragon is a metaphorical representation of a poisonous snake, something that can come out of nowhere and kill you.
Dragons and serpents and snakes have all been common archetypes associated with evil and deception in plenty of societies.
Sea Dragon
A common theme in plenty of ancient myths is the foundation of some kind of human kingdom after an epic and victorious battle with some kind of sea dragon.
One of the most interesting ideas that shaped much of Western history is the idea that Jesus is God.
Not divine, not an angel, but the idea that Jesus the Man is also the creator of the entire universe.
Time Of Gods
Also interesting is that the time in which Jesus lived, it was a common idea that certain people were gods of some kind.
Certain scientists and researchers have a theory that the origins of life on Earth are somewhat similar to the big bang.
In that the big bang happened, and will continue to happen, whenever a space time continuum exists that can support it.
And that life will suddenly pop up whenever the conditions exist that can support it.
Big Life Bang
When emerged on Earth, it emerged in many different forms.
Not just the matter we know of, but the matter currently considered to be dark matter and dark energy.
Not dark because it’s evil, but it’s called dark simply because we can’t perceive it.
It may have come from the same place that all matter and energy came from before the Big Bang.
Where Was It Before?
The theory is that many different types of life exist, right along side us, that is made up of matter that can’t be perceived by us.
Of course, it’s only an assumption that this lack of perception goes both ways.
There’s no reason to assume that they can’t perceive us.
There’s no reason to assume that they can’t operate on our reality, even thought we can’t even perceive ours.
Self Aware Consciousness
Our human consciousness can perceive and understand individual neurons, but individual neurons can’t perceive nor understand human consciousness.
Some believe those voices you hear from time to time are really entities from the dark matter dimension attempting to communicate with you.
Maybe to send you a message.
Or maybe just dissecting your conscious experimentally.
Silly Putty Brain
To stretch your mind in different directions, while you aren’t paying attention, just to see what will happen.
Or to inject false memories into your mind to see how they react with real memories.
It might be that some memories don’t interact with each other at all.
Chemical Reactions
And other memories combine like chemicals and create some interesting results.
Our entire consciousness may be an experiment that is completely out of our control.
Memory is pretty faulty anyway.
Huh?
You may remember this differently the further you go out in the future.
How our memories change over time may be linear, it may be exponential.
Or it may be something that requires imaginary numbers to accurately calculate.
When two people have an argument, whoever has the strongest frame wins.
Content Doesn’t Matter
The truth is largely irrelevant.
When two religious organizations have an argument, whoever has the strongest frame wins.
Jesus was thought to be a god, as many of his contemporaries were thought to be gods.
Let’s Take A Vote
It wasn’t until the Council of Nicaea, convened by Roman Emperor Constantine I in AD 325 was it determined that Jesus was The God.
The only true God, maker of heaven and Earth.
Of all that is seen and unseen.
Finally they got the tree out and went to work on the roots.
Deeper Than We Imagined
But the roots were so deep, they had not only worked their way under his own foundation, but all his neighbors.
Which will cause a lot of problems to say the least.
Since that tree was there long before they built their houses.
And removing these roots may be impossible.
Since before they were, it was.
