Break Down and Build Up
Building muscle, from a biological perspective, is pretty simple.
You stress the muscle.
You break down the muscle.
And when it rebuilds itself, it becomes stronger.
Can’t Get Anything Wrong
Most people are utterly terrified of making mistakes.
So terrified that they play it completely safe their entire lives.
Which means they’re never successful, or even attempt to try anything unless they have some kind of guarantee of success.
But a more enlightened approach is to embrace failures or mistakes.
Because nothing will teach you what not to do other than making a mistake.
Natural Feedback Loops
And learning any new skill, mental, physical or social, learning what NOT to do is just as important as knowing WHAT to do.
The more you can embrace this ancient and necessary feedback system, accepting both good and bad feedback, the quicker you’ll improve.
Most guys would love to get better at seducing girls.
But the most common efforts are to study and learn some ideally perfect system that allows for zero mistakes.
Stay Sharp
Paradoxically, the one simple thing you need to be better at talking to women is two fold.
One is you must always talk to attractive women.
Two, you must always talk to anybody you can.
Both will keep this natural feedback loop going.
A necessary, subconscious component that will train you what kinds of interpersonal communication and behavior traits will create good feelings on others.
Daily Maintenance
This is just like any other practice.
The more you do this, the better you’ll get.
Not only in creating good feelings on other people, but learning the reality of rejection.
If you only talk to ladies you are really attracted to, this will make their rejection very very painful.
But if you talk to as many ladies as you can, you’ll start to see rejection as a normal part of the process.
Kind of like muscle soreness is a normal part of the muscle growth process.
It’s very hard to get muscle growth without short term soreness and discomfort.
On the other hand, having strong and flexible muscles is a very good thing to have.
Hypnotic Fear Removal
The military has been experimenting with a VR hypnosis session to create utterly fearless troops.
And so far, 70% of the soldiers that have gone through this training have removed all fear.
Nothing is fearful.
Public speaking, seducing, or attempting to seduce gorgeous supermodels and famous actresses is easy.
Sales Power
Attempting to sell million dollar equipment to executives, even without sales training, is, from a purely biological perspective, as simple as talking to the bartender while he’s pouring you a drink.
But the path to fearless is not fun.
It takes a couple of weeks of pure VR torture.
They hook you up to a closed biological system.
You are put in a large chamber, where you are hooked up to feeding tubes and oxygen and anything else you need.
Two Weeks Of Nightmare
And you are essentially restrained to what looks like a large and complex dentist chair.
But you’re wearing VR glasses the entire time.
And from your perspective, you live through your worst fears.
They read your brainwaves, pulse, and they keep you on the edge of unconsciousness.
The idea is that every time you are forced to face your deepest and mostly subconscious fears, your brain will respond by building new neural circuitry to negate those fears.
Meta Fear Inoculation
And it takes, on average, about a week or two of constant horror for your brain to build in a complete meta resistance to all potential fears.
Which means if you decide to try this process, as they are accepting beta testers, you will have a 70% chance of living a life completely free from fear.
Of course, you also have a 30% of chance of never escaping the nightmare world.
Which means you’ll spend the rest of your life in a straightjacket, in a private mental institution.
Killed Over and Over
And every time the nurse comes in to give you another injection to keep you unconscious, you’ll see her as a demon with a long spiked finger, which she intends to push through your eye, swirl it around your brain until you die.
So from the hospital’s perspective, you’ll wake up in your straightjacket, start screaming, and they’ll quickly give you an injection to knock you out.
But from your perspective, you will be continuously killed by demons putting their spiked fingers through your eyeballs and swirling your brain around.
And as soon as you die, you wake up again, remember where you are, and scream like crazy until the demon comes in and eagerly and cheerfully kills you again with her spiked finger that she laughingly shoves into your brain.
Slow and Steady
Of course, talking to people is like doing pushups.
You need to put in effort to get to a certain level, and you need to put in effort to maintain a certain level.
This is why even super playboys who get into a relationship will lose their edge, and essentially start all over again.
The ancients allegedly put our greatest strengths behind our greatest fears.
This is true, but it’s also misinterpreted.
Not Once and Done
We like to believe this means that we only need to face our fears once, maybe twice, to access our greatest strength.
But in reality, we have to embrace our deepest fears on a daily and consistent basis.
We have to try and fail as often as we can, as that is the only way to get better.
Only when you accept this concept, will you continue to improve.
Only when you accept that continuous improvement requires continuous failure will you achieve something worthwhile.
Otherwise, you’ll be trapped by your own fears, and willingly submit to whoever promises you an easy path to success.
