Holding a strong frame is the single most powerful way to get a girl attracted to her.
Assuming, of course, that you’re actually having a conversation with her. Holding the strong frame of a super hero alpha male won’t do you any good if you never approach and get the ball rolling.
So, what does it mean to hold a strong frame? You decide the meaning of the conversation. You even decide the meaning of what she says.
Now, I know that movies are faked and usually written by betas and made by actors who practice their lines over and over again, but they can be a good example of what it looks like to hold a strong frame.
Whenever somebody talking to somebody, and the other person says something shocking or controversial or something that’s clearly designed to upset the other person, and the original person just keeps on talking as if they didn’t say anything, that’s an example of holding a strong frame.
For example, you’re talking to some girl, and you ask for the phone number.
She says something like, “I don’t give my number to guys I just met.”
Now, you could butt hurt, you could try and convince her that’s a bad strategy, or you could stammer and stutter and then offer to buy her another drink. None of which will get you the number.
OR, you could respond AS IF she actually said something else. And REALLY act as if she said something else, not a goofy kind of play acting.
For example, you could simply “pretend” that she said she doesn’t have a phone and respond AS IF she actually said that.
“Really? You don’t have a phone? How do your friends get a hold of you? I don’t know if I could ever do that. That’s pretty impressive.”
Or let’s say you’re talking to her, and she tries to test you, by saying something like “Hey, there’s that cute guy from my algebra class.”
You could respond as if she said, “Hey, let’s go back to your place!”
In which case you said, “Wow, that’s pretty forward. I know you like me, but I usually don’t take girls home so quickly. Why don’t we take it slow?”
The reason this works so well is that if you truly ACT AS IF she really said what you’re pretending she said, and hold a 100% congruent frame, she’ll literally be bowled over.
She won’t know HOW to respond. All you’ve got to do is keep this up for a short while, and she’ll be literally eating out of your hand.
