Easy Outcome Independence

One of the recent breakthroughs in computer learning was deep learning.
 
The specific program was called AlphaZero, by company DeepMind, which was later bought by Google.
 
How, specifically, did it learn?
 
By playing against itself.
 
All they did was program it with the rules of chess.
 
And then let it play against itself a kajillion times.
 
Every time it played, it learned.
 
This is also a recommended strategy if you want to become better at chess.
 
To play against yourself.
 
It’s also a helpful way to improve your ability to overcome objections and get sales.
 
To play both sides.
 
To imagine being the salesman selling you a car.
 
To imagine being a customer buying a car.
 
That way, you can significantly improve certain linguistic tools.
 

Not Magic

This will NOT lead you to a sure fire way of getting every sale.
 
But it will significantly increase your ability to overcome objections.
 
However, this is very limited.
 
This kind of thing ONLY works if you have a specific objective.
 
Many conversations DO NOT have an objective.
 
And if they do, sometimes it’s best to simply forget about the outcome and focus only on the process.
 
This will more likely lead to a Dale Carnegie outcome.
 
Where they decide to do what you want, but it’s THEIR idea.
 
Where they enjoy the conversation so much, that positive feeling gets subconsciously associated with what you want.
 
This CANNOT be a deliberate thing on your part.
 
Any WHIFF of you trying to sell or seduce them will destroy it being THEIR idea.
 
Luckily, there is a much, much deeper structure that you can follow.
 
One that is based on the deep structure of human instincts.
 
The common desires and fears we all have.
 

Commonalities

So long as you keep your conversations centered around THEIR general desires, which are the same as YOUR general desires, you’ll be fine.
 
The more you build up their desires, the better they’ll feel emotionally.
 
The more you build up their desires, the happier they’ll be.
 
The more they’ll unconsciously associate those positive feelings with you.
 
And it will all feel like THEIR idea.
 
Learn this basic structure, and you’ll never worry about any outcome again.
