The other day was out driving around and I passed by a public library. Because I hadn’t been inside of a public library long time I decided I’d stop in just to check things out. I haven’t actually held the actual book in quite a while so I parked outside.
As soon as I walked inside I certainly had the desire to check out a book. I don’t know why I had this desire, it just seemed like a natural thing to do, like when you discover a resource that you’d forgotten about. One which you rediscover this resource you realize this is a very useful resource why not take advantage of this resource.
I kind of walked inside and I stopped. I was kind of looking at what kind of book should I get. Should I get nonfiction? Should I get a cookbook?
Should I get a novel?
How About A Novel?
As soon as the novel popped into my head I noticed that the librarian was standing right next to me. Of course librarians are very quiet. They’re very non-obtrusive. They are very skilled in walking and not making themselves known and so it seemed completely natural that should be standing right next to me.
I looked at her and she looked at me and smiled and said what can I help you with today? I said I’m looking for a novel, an interesting novel. I said that as if that would help her help me. Like that was enough information. An interesting novel.
She smiled and said follow me and suddenly I was following her. It felt like the most natural thing to do. Like she had somehow hypnotized me or something. Like following her seemed so easy and an obvious. She started to point out various books and she was telling me the stories and the characters in the various books.
Blue Short Sleeve Shirt
It was very much like we were in some clothing shop and I walked in I was asking for a medium shirt that was blue with short sleeves and she was taking me back to the men’s shirts and to show me the shirts that matched what I was looking for.
She was telling me these stories as if she was showing me shirts. I started to realize that this woman, this librarian, somehow knew the plots of all the books in this library.
She started telling me a story. She said, she talked to me and she said I know exactly the kind of story you like. She started telling me the story that she hadn’t seen the book of. She somehow knew the story would be one that I would enjoy very much.
It was a story about a guy found a watch. It was based on the idea that any kind of advanced technology that was sufficiently higher than what the culture was aware of would be perceived as magic. The guy found a watch that was completely based on technology.
Technology Equals Magic
Because the technology was so far advanced what he was used to he thought the watch was magic but was still purely based on technology. The watch was like those spy watches in those spy comedies. Where you have a spy walking around and talking into the watch, except this watch, when you spoke to the watch, that statement would appear in the mind of your target as a command for that target to do something.
It would be a command coming from their own subconscious. However you spoke the command in the watch it will be translated into the perfect form so the target would most be most likely to accept it and follow it.
If you chose your target and said sit down, the target would sit down. If you chose your target and said turnaround three times the target would turn around three times. If you chose the target and spoke in the watch and said take off your clothes the target would take off their clothes.
No matter what you said in the watch the target would do that. This watch also came with this kind of virtual assistant and it was similar to those things they have now by Amazon and Google where you can ask a question and it will look up the question on the Internet and tell you the answer.
This virtual assistant was tapped into the conscious mind of everyone who lives. To the collective consciousness and the collective subconsciousness of all living humans on the planet at the time. You could ask a question about somebody’s deepest desire and the virtual assistant would tell you the answer.
You could ask a question about somebody’s deepest fear and the virtual assistant would tell you the answer. You could become somebody’s guardian angel or you become somebody’s deepest nightmare come true depending on who you pick and depending on whether their deepest desire or deepest fear.
I was getting really really interested in this book but when I was about to ask if she if she can actually find a book, because his whole time always following her and she was just telling me the story while she was trying to find the book.
Where’d These Books Come From?
I suddenly found myself back at the front desk and in my arms were several books. The strangest thing happened before I got the question out of my mind, where is this book? I really want to read this book, I realized that the entire story was had been somehow implanted into my brain. I had a detailed memory of reading the entire 637 page book.
She looked at me as if I was doing something wrong. Like she was waiting for me to ask her something. I was just following along with her still in that kind of obedient trance of just doing whatever she wanted me to do.
I was expecting to get a library card and check out these books that I didn’t remember picking up and she said, you need anything? I said um, I looked at the books and she said you’re fine you can go.
I looked in the top flap, my name had been written in all the books and the due date which was two weeks from this date that had been written as well. I did remember any of this.
Many Levels Of Fascination
I went home I read all these books. All of these books were just as fascinating as the watch story. All of them had so many different levels of ideas and much more than the watch story. Every time I wake up I kind of remember some aspect of one of the stories and it gives me a much deeper insight.
Mind Persuasion has plenty of books and courses to teach you how to speak hypnotically and persuasively.
