There’s this really cool muscle test you can do with a friend that can serve as a lie detector test. You have your friend stand straight up, hold one arm straight out, palm facing down. Then you ask them a yes or no question.
As they answer, you push down on the back of their palm and they try their hardest to keep their arms straight out. The theory being that the more congruent their answer is, either yes or no, the stronger they’ll be able to resist your pushing them down.
On the other hand, the less congruent their answer is, the weaker their strength will be and the easier it will be for you to push their arm down.
There’s also a very easy way you can do this yourself. You can calibrate your own yes-no answer so in the future if you have a question about what you should do you can use this test to ask yourself.
When you get a very congruent answer, this will allow you to tap into your deep subconscious. When you’re facing difficult decisions the first step is to get a pendulum and ask yourself a question where you absolutely are certain the answer is yes and ask the question. Say the answer, hold the pendulum perfectly still and it’ll start to swing naturally on its own. That is your yes answer.
Then ask yourself another question where you are absolutely certain that the answer is no. Again, ask the question, say the answer hold the pendulum perfectly still and it will start to swing on its own. That will be your no answer. This is a way to use a pendulum to calibrate your yes response and to calibrate your no response.
The profession that is the absolute best at reading body language almost knowing exactly what people are thinking is not the profession most people would guess. The profession that most people assume are the best at reading body language are police and FBI interrogators, but these people are actually not really that great at reading body language and reading facial expressions.
There is one experiment that is the only experiment that shows scientific evidence of the psychic phenomenon. Skeptics have no idea how to interpret this data. The experiment requires you take two people that have known each other for a while and both people have spent considerable time practicing meditation.
Each person watches a series of five videos, and each video is about five or 10 minutes long and each video has a certain kind of emotional theme to it. The test is one person will sit in a room and watch a random video out of the five and the other person will sit in another room and they will try to guess which of the five videos their friend is watching.
Better Than Random
If this were just random chance, if you’re just to randomly guess you would get one out of five correctly, which means just by random statistics you would get a match rate of 20%. When they do this test with friends that have known each other for a long time and were both of them have spent a considerable amount of time practicing meditation the matching rate is 40%.
This is such a high statistically significant number, above what you would expect from just random probability. This essentially proves there is some type of psychic connection between these two people. But this is a very controversial experiment. Skeptics, unless you can explain exactly how psychic phenomena will work, they refused to accept this test.
So far nobody has been able to explain how there can be a 40% match rate between these two people when just by random probability would only get a 20% match rate. Clearly there’s some type of connection there’s some way that people can communicate beyond our five senses.
When they do this experiment, the two rooms are completely separate. The people cannot see each other. They cannot hear each other. They cannot smell each other. They cannot feel the movements of each other. So there’s something going on between two people that know each other that can connect to each other on a non-normal not expected non-five senses level. So far nobody is able to explain how this works.
The people that are the best at reading body language are Secret Service agents. They spend their entire time watching crowds and they have the perfect feedback loop. If they are correct in reading body language they are successful and they get a good result. If they are incorrect at reading body language and something bad happens to get a very negative result.
This is the perfect situation in which to learn any skill. To create some type of feedback loop so that when you’re correct when you use the skill correctly you get a positive response. When you use the skill incorrectly or get a negative response.
Perfect Feedback Loop
Since Secret Service agents spend their entire day watching people, they are the best people in the world at reading nonverbal signals. On the other hand police and FBI interrogators are probably not so great.
When they go into a room to interrogate someone, the intention they have is not to get the truth. Since the person is in the interrogation room they have a strong suspicion that they are guilty. So most FBI interrogators, most police interrogators, their intention is to get a confession out of the person. Which means they are not really focused on their body language only to an extent that it helps them get a confession.
Once you have your yes no pendulum answers calibrated, you can ask yourself a question about what you should do in the future. If you have a big decision coming up you’re not sure what to do you can put it through the pendulum test.
Self Generated Answers
This will allow you to ask your entire mind-body system what exactly should you, how you should respond to the situation. If you’re wondering if you should stay with your partner you can ask yourself this using the pendulum test. If you’re wondering if you should try to look for another job you can ask yourself this using the pendulum test.
One way you can use the muscle test is as a lie detector test. If you happen to be having an argument with somebody, if somebody is telling you something and you don’t believe them and it’s very important to them that you believe them, then you can ask them if they’re willing to go through the muscle test. You’ll need to calibrate several yes answer several no answers.
Then ask them the question. If they’re telling you the truth, their muscle strength will give you a yes response. If they’re lying to you, their muscle strength will give you a no response.
Practice Makes Better
It’s a good idea to practice. You can use as kind of a ace in the hole whenever you need to test someone who you think is lying to you and who you want to prove his lying.
If someone is telling you something and you really want to believe them but you’re not sure, this is a way you could prove that they’re telling the truth.
