If you can become a motivational speaker, even to a relatively small audience, you can make a ton of money.
A couple of reasons.
One, motivational speakers tend to bring out our best selves.
Our ideal selves.
We feel really good in the presence of a motivational speaker.
But it’s also a kind of a “trick.”
Not deliberately or consciously on anybody’s part.
For example, once I watched a documentary about how they market and sell lottery tickets.
The woman in charge of the marketing department explained it very well.
Anybody can dream, she said.
But those dreams are almost always unfounded.
Make Dreams Tangible
Just walking down the street imagining finding a sack of money is common.
But when you buy a physical lottery ticket, that makes the dream much more believable.
You have an actual chance of winning.
So, when you hold that physical piece of paper, it seems much more tangible.
The potential money seems much more real.
So when they sell lottery tickets, they aren’t selling a certain probability of getting money.
They are selling a 2-3 day period where you can hold that physical piece of paper and ENJOY DREAMING of a much better future.
This is the same basic reason we LOVE motivational speakers.
And why you can make a TON of money if you become a motivational speaker.
People listen to you speak.
Things Are Happening
And while they are listening, they have a legitimate reason to BELIEVE that life is “just about” to become awesome.
But just like lottery tickets, that feeling is over a day or two after the motivational speech is over.
Another reason why becoming a motivational speaker is one path to riches.
Because the same people will come and see you again and again and again.
Just like people buy lottery tickets again and again and again.
Don’t get me wrong, listening to a good speaker is a FANTASTIC experience.
It’s worth every penny you pay.
But vacations and movies are also fantastic experiences.
In order to BECOME something great, like a motivational speaker, you need something different.
A lot of practice, a lot of determination, and a lot of patience.
Willpower is very much like exercise.
It takes a while to build up top levels of strength and endurance.
It takes a while to build up top levels of willpower and resilience.
While others are watching motivational speakers over and over (live or on YouTube) you can be busy BECOMING a motivational speaker.
Or something else of that magnitude.
By doing the simple, daily work to get there.
Mind Persuasion has plenty of books and courses to teach you how to speak hypnotically and persuasively.
