A very common technique for quitting smoking is a technique using anchors.

This means that after you properly do this, you’ll just need to do what you feel like.
The more you do this, the more you’ll feel relaxed and confident when talking to interesting strangers.
Self Sustaining
The more you do this, the more you’ll enjoy doing exercise.
The more you do this, the more you’ll feel fantastic when deriving the quadratic equation.
The more you do this, the more you’ll enjoy spending your free time filling your brain with valuable information.
Information so valuable that you can spend it anywhere.
Cross Connecting Hemispheres
What they do is connect any negative events in the environment to a skill set they have, particularly if they use this skill set to make money.
This means they’ll inevitably decrease their productivity and eventually get fired.
According to the CIA, they stopped doing this in the sixties.
But nobody believes them.
Everybody things this is just a tall tale.
That all this is made up.
Shift To Positive Behaviors
With enough practice, you can eventually become a non smoker.
Since everything bad will be connected to smoking, and everything good will be connected with non smoking, it will eventually happen.
Easily, naturally, and usually under a state of amnesia.
When you won’t remember when this happened, or even why this happened.
The Rain Strategy
She plays an hour long session while her clients are getting relaxed.
But she’s programmed them so deeply that she doesn’t even need to touch them.
