The less anxiety you have, the better you sleep, which will further decrease your anxiety.
The more anxiety you have, the worse you’ll seep, which will further increase your anxiety.

Thomas Edison understood that dreams and sleep are powerful resources for coming up with creative ideas and solutions.
He would sit in a chair and hold out a small weight until he drifted off, in which case he would drop the weight.
This would wake him up, and he would immediately write down all the ideas he could think of.

Their was an engineer that had twins, his first children.
They would only sleep quietly and peacefully he or his wife was driving them in the car.
So this engineer hooked up a couple of devices with sleep measuring apps, and drove around for a few hours over a few weeks to calibrate the ideal conditions to enhance their sleep.

There is a woman that will create a custom made sleep quilt, but it is very expensive, and there is about one year waiting list just to talk to her for an initial consultation.
What she does is find out about your emotional makeup, the type of personality you have, and most importantly you aren’t the type to take advantage of others.

So he figured the more ideas he could, the more of the ones he could find that would pan out within those ideas.

Of course, he was a shrewd businessman.
He wasn’t shy about stealing inventions from others.
But in the early days of the Industrial Revolution, it was a very cutthroat competitive environment.
They say that all’s fair in love and war, and back then, as now, business is war.
Easy To Switch Directions
The negative sleep anxiety cycle may be the easiest negative feedback loop to reverse.
It turns out that no matter how much stress and anxiety you have, you only need a couple nights of deep sleep for your natural brain function to reconfigure itself to remove the stress.
