Loud Brain
Most people have nervous minds.
Some, very, very nervous minds.
Think of somebody who is the opposite.
Movie characters are pretty good for this.
One of the reasons we like stories so much is it gives us role models.
Humans have been telling each other stories since the dawn of time.
Because they helped us survive.
Whenever we were in a tough spot, we’d refer to our favorite archetypes from our favorite stories and imagine they were helping us.
So it makes sense to do that today.
So, think of a favorite movie or TV character that has very little, if any, chatter going on in their mind.
Their focus is strong and unwavering.
Their movements are slow and deliberate.
They are using almost all of their brain power focusing on what’s going on around them.
Hyper Aware
If they are about to get into a gunfight, they observe every micro-movement going on around them.
If they are talking to somebody, they are focused on everything the other person is doing.
Their words, how they say them, their body language, etc.
And they use this to significantly help them get their outcome.
Which paradoxically, is nowhere in their mind.
The less you consciously focus on your outcome, to the point of being outcome independent, the more likely they’ll get your outcome.
For example, imagine a police interrogator.
They KNOW the guy is guilty, but they don’t have any evidence.
One false movie, the guy walks and knows to be careful.
So the interrogator focuses all his energy on the target.
Watches his body language, facial expressions, and knows precisely how to guide the questions to make the bad guy feel more and more on the spot.
Max Seduction
Or, imagine a guy talking to a pretty lady.
He’s focused all his energy on her.
Her words, how she says them, whether her eyes wander while talking, how often she glances at her phone, etc.
And he knows precisely how to alter the conversation to move closer to the natural desired.
Natural charisma is more about what you DON’T do that what you do.
And what you don’t do is allow those doubts and worries run rampant in your brain while having a simple conversation.
There are plenty of ways to do this.
To reduce all the mental chatter.
So you can pay more attention to what is going on around you.
Meditation is one.
A practice to quiet the mind.
There are many other ways to do this.
To quiet the mind, become fully present, and maximize all the attractive signals you continuously broadcast to the world.
