Outgoing Lunch Lady
I met some of my friends for lunch recently. There’s a woman there that I’ve seen once or twice before. She’s kind of middle-aged, she’s very bubbly she has very very big boobs and she’s very very outgoing and charismatic.
She has the capability to talk and talk and talk if you were to listen to a conversation between three or four people you would notice that the conversation kind of bounces around from topic to topic she can do that whole thing by herself.
When she starts talking about something that she’s interested in most people just kind of sit back and listen because she’s very very entertaining.
She was telling us a story about when she went camping with some of the kids from her church group. Her and some of the other adults took their youth group on a camping trip and when they were camping there sitting around the campfire and they started to tell ghost stories.
Some of the ghost stories were pretty common. Vampire stories, haunted house stories, there was the famous story that everyone is heard about the lovers Lane. The two kids are making out and hear a thing on the radio about some escaped killer with a hook for hand. Then they hear a thump on the car. They drive away and they stop at a gas station and they’ve got a bloody stump hanging from her door handle.
The Hooked Hand Killer
That’s been around since like the 50s. There is another story about this thing that sounded very very similar to a magazine article I read several years ago about how when Reagan was president.
In the 80s, one of the ways he saved money was by slashing the healthcare budget. This led to a lot of mental hospitals releasing their patients onto the street and that’s when there was a sudden increase in homelessness.
There is a much deeper issue within that was about this facility. He didn’t name the city but it was kind of on the outskirts it made it sound like it was the desert of a major city. This particular facility was with a bunch of people that had been convicted of murder is another horrifically violent crimes.
This was a hospital for the criminally insane. The doctors that worked there were doing experiments to try to rehabilitate these criminally insane patients. Because these doctors probably didn’t really like their job very much.
Nobody Dreams Of Working With Criminally Insane
I suppose if you wanted to be a doctor, if you’re a little kid in you dream about being a doctor when you grow up, maybe you have dreams of being a doctor, a family doctor in a small town or respected doctorate at a hospital.
These doctors probably didn’t really like their job that much and because there’s so much administrative overhead on this particular facility they could get away with doing a lot of horrific experiments.
Then when the purge came in the mid-80s, when Reagan slashed the budgets, these doctors didn’t know it was coming in so one day they just showed up to their hospital and they found out that they weren’t getting it paid anymore.
The problem was that these patients were all from different prisons and figuring out where they should be sent to was going to be such a long and problematic administrative process these doctors had two choices.
What To Do?
One was that could take all of the time and figure out where to send these patients which means they would have to work for a couple of weeks and not get paid or they could just leave the patients there.
Then they realized that if they just left the patients there eventually somebody would come check on the hospital. Somebody from Washington the department of criminally insane hospitals will come check on it eventually. The’d see the people inside the hospital died and the doctors were eventually in trouble.
The doctors decided to set it up so that the patients will be able to escape over the next week or two so when somebody, some administrator finally did come to check out the hospital it would be empty and they would think everything was finished.
Released Murderers Everywhere
The article went on to illustrate that in the city the 10 years after that happened the murder rate increased significantly. The author did some checking on some of the other mental hospitals and all of the major cities that were near these hospitals that had the purge of the 80s.
They also had their murder rate increase significantly. The problem is the police decided not to report these murders because the increase in unsolved murders would make the police department look very very bad and there were also worried about getting their budgets slashed.
What they did was when they started to find murdered people and when they found murdered people that were murdered by a random stranger they knew that these were the most impossible orders to solve they would take that person’s ID and just label the body as a John or Jane Doe.
Turns out that since the 80s there’ve been tens of thousands of missing people but it turns out that these missing people are really being murdered by the people that were purged from all these mental hospitals and 80s.
Criminally Insane Serial Killers
Even today there’s probably 10,000 or 20,000 of these criminally insane serial killers that are loose on the streets and every time they kill somebody the police find the body they get rid of the ID and they list the person is a missing person.
What happens is we have a situation today where out on the streets in most major cities in America are these criminally insane serial killers that have learned from the past three decades of experience that they can kill anybody with impunity and not get caught.
