I went to this investing seminar recently. It was an interesting investing seminar. It was based on using your intuition to choose investments. The whole idea was how to calibrate your intuition so will be a very helpful investment tool.
The guy started off by giving a few stories of people that had miss-used their intuition without calibrating it. Anytime you use any kind of measuring system without calibration it can give you some wrong readings. He told a lot of interesting stories.
One of them was about a guy that kept having these strange dreams occasionally about a big fat guy coming to his house with a wheelbarrow filled with silver coins. Every time this guy had a dream about the fat guy showing up at his house with a wheelbarrow filled with silver coins he would invest in silver and he would get lucky.
False Positives Are Dangerous
He gave this as an example as the worst possible thing that can happen. To get a false positive from your intuition.
There’s a very cool and very easy way you can create a human lie detector test. It requires two people. Both understand this process. The first step is you have each person come up with three things that are true and three things that are lies.
You both know before hand which are true and which are lies. When they tell you the lies they try to pretend that they are true and since you know they are lies you can calibrate their nonverbal lying energy and since you know the other three things are true you can calibrate their truth nonverbal energy.
Play The Player
When you start to learn how to read other players playing poker it can get very complicated. Most people don’t do this. Most people just play occasionally and most people just kind of play the odds they kind of have an idea what the odds of certain hands are they have an idea of how good their hand is and they just kind of bet and play for fun.
When you start to learn how to read other players it can become a lot more complicated but it can become a lot more lucrative. Because once you learn how to play other players rather than the game itself, you can actually use this as a actual job to make a lot of money very consistently. Once you learn how to read other people it takes all of the misunderstanding of the uncertainty the risk out of the equation.
One of the most common misconceptions when it comes to any type of paranormal communication is the label that we’ve given to this long time ago. ESP, which of course stands for extra sensory perception.
Nothing Is Extra Sensory
This, right off the bat, is a misnomer because the only way any information can get into our brains is through our five senses. What is remarkable is that most of the data coming in through our five senses, very little of that is conscious.
When it comes to be able to perceive things that others can’t, it’s really a matter of calibrating your intuition. When you calibrate your intuition you learn to gain access to all the extra information that is coming in through the five senses. The people that are naturally gifted, the people that are naturally psychic, the people that are naturally clairvoyant, they come into this world with their intuition already more or less calibrated.
If you learn how to calibrate your intuition, you learn how to gain access to all the other information that is out there. What you learn how to correctly interpret all the other information that is out there you can be able to understand a lot more than most people.
Easy Prediction
You can be able to predict a lot more than most people. You can be able to read people a lot better than most people. This is simply a matter of practice. Some people are born gifted and some people have to practice to become gifted, but both will end in the same place of having a very calibrated intuition that you can use to gain an incredible amount of profit.
The two most important signals to be able to pick up from other people’s body language when playing poker is when they have a really good hand but they’re pretending they have a average or bad hand, and when they have a very bad or average hand and they’re pretending they have a very good hand.
Once you can learn these two signals, this will give you a lot more advantage other than just playing the probabilities. Once you combine your knowledge of probabilities with the ability to read these two signals from other players you can start to win consistently and you can start to make a lot of money consistently.
Human Lie Detectors
This lie detector test is very enlightening. It’s very difficult to actually use this in real time, because if you were to use this in real time that would require you talk to somebody that’s lying to you, they want you to believe the lie but you know the lie is a lie and you pretend that you believe is the truth. This requires a lot of levels of deception.
The main take away from doing this simple experiment is to understand that there’s a lot more going on than most of us realize. This is just a quick exercise to demonstrate how you can shift your thinking just a little bit and start to see a lot more information on other people’s faces when they speak.
Of course, after he gave us all of these stories about positive uses of intuition and negative uses of intuition, he explained how to actually calibrate your intuition to be used as an investment tool.
Pre-Determined Intuition
The trick is you have to calibrate your tuition by deciding what your intuition is telling you before you take action. Then you take action and you compare the outcome to what you think your intuition meant. So long as you understand what your intuition is before you take action and you collect a lot of data after you take action.
You compare your data that you got to what you thought you were going to get based on your intuition. The longer you do that the more likely you will calibrate your intuition.
If you combine this with a very sensible money management plan then you can easily make a lot of money by doing this.
