Plasma Sales
I used to have this friend in college that was very creative with how he found ways to make money. One of the ways he found was to sell his plasma.
The thing about selling plasma is you can sell it every couple of weeks. It’s not like blood where you can only give blood every few months because it takes your body a long time to repopulate your red blood cells.
When you sell plasma, you’re going to the plasma center, they take out 2 pints of blood, they put it into a centrifuge, they spin it down, they remove the plasma and then they put the blood back into your arm.
Beauty Products
They use the plasma for various things like medical testing and to sell to the cosmetic companies. He can go in every two weeks and sell his plasma.
In the late 90s a couple of interesting things had popped up at the same time. One of them was the famous stock market bubble that was just doubling every 20 seconds in the 90s. It crashed in the early 2000’s.
Another thing was the idea of daytrading because of the Internet. Because the Internet became so popular, because computers were getting so fast, everybody could actually make a lot of money daytrading at home. This combined the idea of people having access to trading accounts from the Internet.
Double Every Two Days
The idea that the stock market was just jamming up, meaning you could basically close your eyes, grab any kind of stock at random and you could have a good chance of making money, because during stock market bubbles every stock will go up.
I actually had a friend who would day trade around the world. He quit his job and he would wake up in whatever city he was and he would trade for a couple of hours he would make several thousand dollars and he would go out and party in whatever city he was in. And this guy really, really, really, liked to party.
I went to a bunch of different seminars in the late 90s about how to become a day trader. One of the guys was talking about these very kind of esoteric ideas about money. This is kind of what happens when it becomes very easy to make money.
Money Metaphysics
When everyone realizes how easy it is to make money everybody gets a lot of very kind of metaphysical ideas about what money is. This guy was talking about positive money energy and negative money energy.
One of the ideas from business and gambling is the idea of playing with scared money. For example if you imagine yourself sitting at a casino table you place a bet for $100 and you lose, the instinct is to immediately bet another hundred dollars hoping to get back to even.
There’s kind of two sides of being even. There’s being on the plus side which is often called a virtuous cycle, then there is being on the negative side, which is usually referred to as a vicious cycle.
Hard To Switch Sides
The more you try to do things to get back from the negative to the positive side the more you’ll go deeper into the negative side whereas on the positive side, no matter what you do it kind of keeps you on the positive side.
There’s this mythological group of people that live together somewhere in the Midwest. It’s a group that has discovered a very powerful way to access very incredible ancient human mental subconscious technology.
They’ve discovered a way to transition our bodies from consuming energy from other life forms to using the energy that is freely floating around in the air. This is the same type of energy that Tesla tried to tap way back when before he was put out of business by Edison and Rockefeller and JP Morgan.
Tesla Too Smart
The reason they put him out of business was they were terrified that if he actually showed people how to tap this energy that was freely floating around the air it would be impossible to make money from selling energy and so they put them out of business.
What the secret group of people has discovered that you slowly wean yourself from consuming lifeforms and consuming lifeforms and changing lifeforms into your own personal energy.
If you shift your body into existing solely off this energy that is freely floating around the air you will learn to become telepathic. If you understand how to do this you will learn to gain clairvoyant skills.
True Meditation
If you practice how to do this you will learn how to separate your consciousness from your body. Once you can do that your consciousness can travel backward or forward in time. Your consciousness can pop in and out of any other historical figure. Appreciate in real time what actually happened in the past or what will actually happen in the future.
This idea of playing with scared money pops up in a lot of places. If you’re in a happy relationship, that’s the best place from which to find a new relationship. If you have a lot of money, that’s the best place from which to borrow money from the bank, to prove to them that you don’t need any money.
If you have a fantastic job, that’s the best frame of mind to have if you go on a job interview. On the other hand if you’re playing with scared money, if you’re desperate, if you’re lonely, if you need a relationship partner, you will emit desperate energy which will be the most unattractive thing you can do.
Desperation Self Replicates
If you’re desperate for money and you have no idea how to get money no bank will want anything to do with you. If you’re playing at the blackjack table and you keep losing you will soon lose the ability to even think intelligently about how to use statistics in your favor, which will make it much more likely that you’ll continue to lose money.
On the far opposite spectrum, when you’re so far up in the easy money area it’s easy to forget that this is not normal. This is what happened all those people in the late 1990s.
They had found it so easy to make money they actually started to believe that that was the new normal. That it would forever be easy to make money in a couple of hours a day. Enough money to support a jet set playboy lifestyle.
Mean Reversions Inevitable
Like all other good things this thing crashed. As reversions to the mean tend to be this one was particularly painful.
Whenever I start to feel any kind of monetary stress I always remember my friend in college that would sell his plasma. That is a perfect example of needing money and thinking outside the box, thinking laterally thinking creatively about how to get money.
Most people, when they think about how to get money, they usually only think in linear acceptable terms like getting a job or asking somebody for money or selling something that you have.
Creative Money Mind
This guy was very creative and he was always trying to think of ways to get money. If you combine a never-ending desire to get more money and you combine that with your creative thinking you will always have the ability to get more money.
