Geometry Origin Story
Euclid was an old school mathematician who came up with several geometric principles that still hold true today.
Many of these are intuitive, and Euclid came up with these ideas simply by imagination.
And many of these seem very true, without needing any proof.
If you were to take geometry today, many of these ideas would seem true, as they kind of approximate how we imagine reality.
Recognition vs. Production
If you were to study a foreign language, or if you were to teach a foreign language, you would quickly realize the difference between recognition and production.
Recognition is easy and takes less brain power.
Production is much more difficult, and takes a lot more brainpower.
Understanding speakers of a foreign language is much easier than saying the same things in that foreign language.
Real and Fake Knowledge
Knowledge can be in two different categories.
Superficial knowledge, which is things we recognize and things we agree with, and things that sound true.
But then there is working knowledge, of knowing how to do something.
This is why they say that until you can explain something to somebody else, you can’t truly understand it.
One of the biggest tests of knowledge is if you can explain it to a child.
Intuition Origins
Some things are said to be intuitive.
For example, if you use any software, they often use word intuitive to describe the software.
Like they’ll say the layout is very intuitive.
But if you took that software back in time a couple hundred years, would the layout be intuitive to people from the 1800’s?
If you took a laptop back in time, would anybody in the 1800’s know how to operate it?
Various Levels of Intuition
This idea suggests there are two types of intuitive understanding.
Intuitive understand that is based on our instinctive programming.
The instinctive programming that allows us to intuitively understand our environment.
The same intuition that people 1000 years ago had.
The same intuition that people 1000 years from now will have.
Then there is intuition that is based on what you already know.
Expanded Intuition
The intuition that allows you to understand a new software is how you compare it all other software programs you can operate.
The intuition that allows you to understand advanced scientific principles is based on your working knowledge of less complicated scientific principles.
The intuition that allows you understand non verbal communication is based on how well you can understand verbal communication.
This type of intuition can always be improved.
This type of intuition is like a small step outside of your working knowledge.
Never Ending Knowledge
Which means the more you expand your working knowledge, the more you’ll expand your intuition.
Since the mind is essentially endless in the amount of data that it can store, based on our neuro-matrix memory system, your intuition is also infinite.
Which means you can develop the intuition to read people’s thoughts.
You can develop the intuition to predict people’s future behavior.
You can develop the intuition to predict the future behavior of various financial markets.
Psychic Intuition
You can develop the deep intuition that will allow you to communicate with people on a very deep, and profound level.
You can develop the intuition that will let you persuade and influence people on a subconscious level.
You can develop the intuition that will let you seduce and mesmerize people on a deep and profound level.
And since most people are always looking for somebody to tell them what to do, with this level of intuition, you can essentially control the thinking and behavior of anybody you want.
Intuitive Mind Control
You can program people’s minds with your thinking.
So they will do what you want, and be happy to do so.
You’d be surprised how well you can communicate in a foreign country by only using gestures, and being able to understand a few words.
Humans have been communication for millions of years, but we only started using spoken language about a hundred thousand years ago.
This means there is a lot more going on beneath these words than most people will ever realize.
Language Is A Crutch
Allowing you a significant advantage once you leave behind the false security of spoken language.
One way to check and see if somebody really knows what they are talking about is to ask a few meta model questions.
Many people like to say things, and imply ownership of the ideas they are saying.
But most people really only spout second hand ideas they hear from others, and they like the way they make them feel, but they don’t really understand.
What Do You Mean?
A way to test is to simply as them to explain it to you.
Chances are, they won’t be able to explain it, but they’ll try.
Which is a very strong clue they are only using their brains as repeaters, nothing more.
One of the interesting things about Euclidian geometry is that it holds up even in quantum physics.
Non Euclidian Quantum Geometry
Some of the principles can be applied in ways that Euclid can never have imagined.
Anybody can copy and paste ideas from brain to brain.
But only people like Euclid can come up with ideas that resonate for thousands of years.
Then there is that non-Euclidian based joke about the lady walking in a messed up triangle and seeing a bear of unknown color.
