Coffee Shop
There’s this really cool coffee shop near my house. I’m almost certain the people that own it, they’re an older couple, almost certain the people that own and don’t make a profit.
Judging on how much they charge for coffee and how long people sit there and how much business they do there’s no way they can make profits. I’m sure this is some kind of a retirement hobby they have.
They probably have other investments that are paying off along with this coffee shop. Their angle is they have these two humongous bookshelves that are filled with paperback books mostly paperback books.
You can take one and read one and even take it home if you want to, like the honor system. If you have a paperback to buy and read and they just asked you come in and donated to the system.
Since I’ve been going there the number of paperbacks have been steadily growing so it’s working very well. Last week and I went in there and I sat down I grabbed a book and I started reading it. It was a book of short stories that was written by a doctor that was about to retire.
Mental Health
He was a a mental health doctor and he worked in a mental health facility. This book of short stories was about the actual cases of the people that he dealt with but he changed the names. He kind of fictionalized their back story but he kept the actual medical symptoms and diagnosis consistent so it was kind of like an informational, learn about the medical health professions at the same time he tried to make them into these interesting back story characters.
The first story was about himself as he was in college. When he took he went to medical school he wasn’t quite sure what kind of medicine he wanted to practice.
The one course that changed everything for him was his course on the human mind from a philosophical standpoint. There is nothing in the course about neurology or biology or chemistry. It was all about the mind as a hallucination machine.
Once he kind of learned about that paradigm that the mind is really just a hallucination device, that kind of changed everything because what he learned was that reality itself is not exist.
Re-Calibration Of Hallucination Machines
The way we think it does, everything that we perceive as outside of ourselves really generated internally by our minds. The stuff that we perceive outside of herself doesn’t really exist the way we think it does. On a very quantum level there’s really no such thing as matter.
Particle physicists will tell you this is that we think of the matter is being made up of molecules which are made up of atoms which are made up of electrons and neutrons and protons but those are just kind of metaphorical representation.
There is virtually no such thing as a neutron. Really no such thing as a proton. Really just these tight clusters of energy packets which actually exist on the quantum level as these kind of probability distribution functions which don’t really exist in any way that we can imagine.
When we think about something like matter, it’s really just a metaphor. When you think about how humans hallucinate about the world if you go all we back to ancient Greeks they first started to come up with the idea of mathematics.
Ancient Ideas That Don’t Exist
They were thinking about these things like triangles and parallel lines and Euclid came up with a bunch of laws of these imaginary objects. An actual triangle doesn’t really exist in nature. There’s nothing in nature that’s even close to as perfect as we imagine mathematics is.
For example if you think of pi, pi, 3.141 whatever goes on for infinity an infinite number of digits, but in real life and real reality we only need pi to a few decimal places. The most we’ve ever used pi, the most scientists ever need these pi may be up to 14 or 15 decimal places. The idea of pi as a perfect function doesn’t really exist in the world.
This so the whole idea of mathematics is just some kind of a collection of hallucinated ideas that are highly described in one of the interesting things that happened during the Renaissance. One of the things that led to the explosion of the Renaissance and all the science and the arts and the technology how they rediscovered all of these ancient hallucinations that the Greeks had come up with.
Ideas Ended The Middle Ages
In rediscovering these ancient hallucinations with described words, and even words if you think about it you look at these squiggly lines and the squiggly lines will cause us to think about these richly described hallucinations in mind and when the Europeans discovered this when they discovered these ancient hallucinations that led to a massive increase in society which eventually led to the industrial revolution.
On a very basic level, if you fully understand the structure of matter on the quantum level, there’s really no such thing as matter. Our brains as these kind of energy clusters essentially are these devices that can think about things in mind and they direct our mind-body system to create those things in reality.
Even on a basic level it’s very very hard to think of who we are and what our minds are doing, how these things called thoughts actually exist and how we have these things about collective hallucinations that different people can talk about in an keep hidden for 1500 years and then later be discovered in the continued on by completely different group of people.
Manifesting Machines
These kind of minds away carry around in our bodies are actually our minds, views us to move them around in our minds are like these hallucination devices and when you can recalibrate how you think you can actually create things in reality that’s all the stuff that happens once a hallucination and our minds use their manifesting powers to create these things in life.
When the doctor finally saw the human mind from that perspective it was much easier to treat mental patients. He wasn’t a matter of getting them to stop hallucinating and start seeing reality. He does understand that everything is a hallucination. Tt’s really just a matter of re-calibrating your hallucination device.
This Dr. learned how to recalibrate people’s hallucination device and became very very easy to heal people. All his short stories were about 10-15 pages long and they were very interesting from the perspective of re-calibrating people’s hallucination devices rather than healing sick people.
Best Coffee Shop In The World
This is a very very cool coffee shop because it attracts kind of an interesting type of clientele. These interesting people have these interesting interests and they bring in these very very kind of books that you wouldn’t normally see in normal bookstore. Just going in and just picking a book at random off-the-shelf is a great way to create some hallucinations and mind that you wouldn’t otherwise think about.
