New Dentist
A couple of weeks ago I went to see the dentist. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time so I was a little bit worried about what they might find perhaps too many cavities perhaps they would need to do a root canal.
As I was sitting there waiting I noticed the receptionist seemed kind of familiar but since I’ve never been to this dentist before I had to have recognized her from somewhere else. While I was sitting there in the dentist trying to wait and worry about what was going to happen to my teeth I was trying to remember or find where might have known this receptionist before.
I was kind of searching through my memory. The first place I wanted to look was all the other places where I would sit in an office like this with similar receptionist. I thought maybe she was from a temp agency that would place people in various part-time jobs like being receptionist and various offices.
Lots Of Places In Mind
I was looking through my mind final the other experiences I can remember where I was sitting in an office that had receptions good I thought maybe that’s where I knew her from and the only other place that matched this was my chiropractor.
I see my chiropractor about once every two months. He has a receptionist but I can’t quite remember what she looked like so I had to think about that experience for a while to see if I can find a match in my mind with the chiropractor receptionist of this dentist receptionist.
My chiropractor, like a lot of chiropractors, is kind of an alternative health type of guy and he takes a lot of customers for a lot of reasons and because most of them are seeing in for non-mainstream health issues they don’t pay with insurance have to pay out-of-pocket.
Paying Out Of Pocket
Because most of his customers pay out-of-pocket he often shares his office with other practitioners of various alternative health type of people. Right now the guy that he shares his office with is a hypnotist that helps people to stop smoking.
He is very very successful. 90% of his clients or 80% of its clients come to see him to stop smoking. He is very very successfully got a very high referral rate and a high success rate. Before the non-smoking guy there was another guy there was a psychic. I only heard about this guy never met the guy because I’d only been going to this chiropractor for a few months.
He told me about this psychic and the psychic was particularly powerful he had a very unique way of looking into peoples minds. People would come to see him and he was sit back in his office. He didn’t have an office that was decorated like you would expect a psychic’s office to be decorated it was just like a regular office.
Only His Brain
He didn’t use tarot cards, he didn’t read palms, he didn’t have a crystal ball, he didn’t use pendulums, he would just have his clients sit down and you would ask them these very simple basic questions. But he would ask a question every three or four minutes sometimes ten minutes apart.
He would ask the question and based on the clients answer he would look into the clients past and he would look into the clients future and he would only need about five or six questions before he identified a problematic potential future or a positive potential future. After he was fully clarified what this was, either a positive thing their future to go after or negative thing in their future to avoid, he would know exactly what advice to give.
He would say something very simple like in the next two weeks you come across an opportunity to buy a pair of shoes you should buy the shoes. They would always do that they would always have a very very successful result.
Government Always After Him
The problem was that because he had such powerful skills who is always being sought after by certain powers that be that wanted to use him for various government purposes. So when he first came to see my chiropractor he explained all this and he paid six months in advance.
He said it very well might be that I might just disappear without any warning. If I make it to six months, I’ll pay you for another six months in advance and after about four months the guy disappeared. Apparently when he disappears he just kind of lays low for a while.
He finds a new the city. He creates a new name for himself. Within about a week he’d get a huge clientele. I guess he has a huge nationwide word-of-mouth reputation. He also has to be always on the lookout for people to want to kind of capture and use him for their own benefit.
Quitting Smoking Easier Than Losing Weight
I was talking to the hypnotist to get rid of smoking about various things. People see hypnotist, he told me the two main things people want to see hypnotist force to stop smoking and lose weight. I asked him why he saw 90% of his clients for smoking cessation.
He said quitting smoking is a lot easier than losing weight because smoking is something you can quit altogether, whereas weight loss is just a requires a recalibration of something that you need to do and that’s a lot more difficult. That’s a lot more, that’s a lot more unique. When you want to quit smoking, it’s usually only a few reasons why you smoke and what you get to those issues you can stop smoking completely.
For weight loss it is a lot more complicated because every single person has her own unique reasons why they have any kind of food addictions.
No Answers Came Back
After I kind of searched my memory for this receptionist at the chiropractor I was fairly certain this was a different receptionist from the one sitting in the dentist office.
Finally they called me, I went back in the same lecture from the dentist about brushing everyday and flossing, and luckily I didn’t have any cavities. As I was walking out the receptionist looked any and she smiled and she said have you remembered me yet?
She Knew Me And Knew I Didn’t Remember Her
I stood there like, my gosh, she knew all along I was trying remember her but she wouldn’t tell me where I knew her from.
She said, “Keep thinking and this will come to you.”
